Shipping
How much is shipping?
Standard shipping is free on U.S. orders of $100 or more. Orders under $100 have a flat $6.95 shipping fee, shown at checkout before you pay. Garden Zen Zone apparel ordered on its own always ships free.
How long will my order take?
Most parcel orders arrive within 5–10 business days. Some items ship from our suppliers' overseas warehouses and usually arrive within 7–15 business days. Large items that ship by freight usually take 1–3 weeks. Big items like gazebos, greenhouses and furniture may arrive in more than one box on different days.
Where do you ship from?
We work with trusted suppliers who ship orders directly from their warehouses in the U.S. and overseas. We handle your questions, tracking and returns ourselves.
How do I track my order?
We email you a tracking number as soon as your order ships. If tracking hasn't moved in a while, reach out and we'll look into it. Our Shipping & Returns page explains what happens if a package is delayed or lost.
What about large freight deliveries?
For large or heavy items, the freight carrier usually calls to schedule a delivery appointment, and delivery is usually curbside. Please inspect the shipment before signing, note any damage or missing boxes on the delivery receipt and take photos. Contact us before refusing a delivery.
Returns & problems
What if my item arrives damaged, defective or wrong?
Contact us within 25 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos or video of the problem. We review requests within 3 business days. If a return is needed, we email you a prepaid return label. You can choose a refund or, where available, a replacement.
Can I return something I changed my mind about?
Change-of-mind returns are reviewed case by case, and some items can't be returned, so please contact us before sending anything back. Accepted returns must be unused and in the original packaging. You pay return shipping, and a restocking fee of up to 35% of the order total may apply. Full details are in our Refund Policy.
Can I cancel my order?
You can request a cancellation any time before your order ships. We review requests within 3 business days. Some items can't be cancelled once processing has started.
When will I get my refund?
Refunds go back to your original payment method. Your bank or card issuer may take a few extra business days to show the credit.

How can I pay?
Checkout is handled securely by Shopify. You can pay with major credit and debit cards and Shop Pay; any other options available to you are shown at checkout.
Do you have any discounts?
Join our email list for 10% off your first order. Our bundles save 10% when you buy any 3 or more items from the same bundle, applied automatically at checkout. And shipping is free on orders $100+.
Do you ship outside the United States?
Not right now. We currently ship to U.S. addresses only.
How does Garden Zen Zone apparel work?
Our shirts, hats and aprons are made to order for you when you buy them, so they take a little longer to ship than in-stock items. Apparel ordered on its own ships free.
